The Kullman Firm Celebrates the New Year with Two New Shareholders

January 1, 2024 – The Kullman Firm is pleased to announce the appointment of two new shareholders in the firm’s New Orleans office. George C. Drennan and Alexander C. Landin have been elected as shareholders effective January 1, 2024.

George DrennanGeorge helps clients comply with immigration related laws and regulations and obtains non-immigrant and immigrant visas for clients and client’s employees so that employers can lawfully employ foreign nationals inside the United States and foreign nationals can lawfully live and work in the United States. He addresses I-9 and E-Verify compliance, offering step-by-step guidance when called upon to answer routine questions or carefully guide clients through I-9 audits and/or government investigations.  He addresses the best strategies for securing and obtaining non-immigrant work visas, like the H, L, R, and O visas, as well as employment and family based immigrant visas and Green Cards. He received his J.D./B.C.L. from Louisiana State University – Paul M. Hebert School of Law in 2002 and his B.S. from University of the South: Sewanee in 1998.

Alexander LandinAlex‘s practice is primarily focused on representing employers at the administrative level and in both state and federal courts across the country regarding disputes arising under Title VII, the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and similar state and local laws involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, etc. He received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2013 and a B.A. from The University of Virginia in 2008.  He is admitted to practice in both the State of Louisiana and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
