Practice

George Drennan focuses his practice on obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas for clients’ employees and individuals so that they can immigrate and contribute their skills and energy to their employment in the United States. He enjoys providing guidance on the stringent and sometimes confusing requirements and timelines of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to obtain work visas, procure permanent residency, or advance individuals and employees and families toward citizenship. George feels honored to help employers hire outstanding foreign national workers and equally honored to help such employees and individuals alike attain their personal and professional dreams in the United States.

As part of this immigration practice, George frequently addresses client concerns with I-9 and E-Verify compliance, offering step-by-step guidance when called upon to answer routine questions or carefully guide the client through I-9 audits and/or government investigations.
