The Kullman Firm’s 2025 Labor & Employment Law Seminar Recap

October 22, 2025 – On October 17, The Kullman Firm hosted its 2025 Labor & Employment Law Seminar at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, welcoming over 90 HR professionals, employers, and legal counsel. We are pleased to resume this annual event for the second consecutive year after a pandemic-related hiatus, delivering critical updates and insights to our clients.

After a welcome from Shareholder Christine S. Keenan, our attorneys covered a wide range of topics.

Morning sessions were devoted to legal updates on niche areas of Labor and Employment Law. Amiel J. Provosty and Alexander J. Debruge informed attendees of recent changes at the National Labor Relations Board.  George C. Drennan followed with new legal developments in Immigration Law.  We ended our morning with an Employee Benefits update presented by Malerie L. Bulot and Emily E. Tastet.

After a lunch break, Nicole S. Adler and Darla N. Nguyen kept the audience’s attention with their presentation on a wide range of hot topics in Labor and Employment Law.  Finally, Allison A. Fish and Mary Kathryn Gimber took a deep dive into the much-requested topic of complex issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
