February 28, 2023 – The Kullman Firm is pleased to announce that Molly J. Gunnels has joined the firm as an associate in the Baton Rouge, LA office.
Ms. Gunnels received her Juris Doctorate from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, with a J.D./D.C.L. degree in 2018. Prior to joining a firm, she served as a federal clerk for Judge Elizabeth Erny Foote in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Shreveport Division. In her litigation-centered practice, She serves employers facing claims of discrimination based on factors such as sex, age, race, religion, and disability. Molly has taken part in several jury trials and gained valuable experience in essential litigation procedures, including taking depositions and arguing summary judgment. She also brings significant experience in handling wage-and-hour claims filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and entitlement, and various discrimination claims.
