January 1, 2025 – The Kullman Firm is pleased to announce that Amiel J. Provosty has been named as a Shareholder effective January 1, 2025.
Amiel Provosty was a former trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for twelve years, then joined The Kullman Firm in September 2022. Amiel advises employers nationally in all aspects of traditional labor and employment law, especially union elections and campaigns, collective bargaining, NLRB charges, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, and employment and personnel issues such as wage-and-hour disputes, layoffs, terminations, employee performance controversies, labor concerns arising from the purchase or sale of assets, and all claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing. He is a Labor Law Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
He handles work across the United States and in U.S. territories for Fortune 500 companies and smaller clients. Amiel represents clients in a wide range of industries, such as federal contractors, pharmaceutical and biotech startups, traditional manufacturing, natural resources, engineering and construction, environmental services, sales and customer support, and in the entertainment industries.
Amiel received his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2010 and his B.S. in Communications from Ohio University in 2001. He often speaks and publishes on a variety of labor and employment related topics and is active in a variety of professional activities. He is currently Chair of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and serves in editorial and leadership roles in the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
