The Kullman Firm Announces New Associates Admitted to Practice in Louisiana

October 3, 2025 – The Kullman Firm is pleased to announce that Zoie M. Spears and Austin G. Taylor have been admitted to practice law in Louisiana. Both attorneys are based in the firm’s New Orleans office.

Austin G. Taylor advises clients on a range of labor and employment matters, including issues related to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. He brings experience representing national companies in these areas. Austin earned his J.D./D.C.L. in 2025 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and his B.A. in History from the University of Mississippi in 2022.

Zoie M. Spears counsels clients on labor and employment issues, including Title VII compliance, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) proceedings, arbitrations, employee contracts, and employment discrimination claims involving gender, disability, race, and age. Zoie received her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2025, where she was a member of the Order of the Barristers. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans in 2022.
