We represent clients with both union and non-union workforces. We assist our unionized clients with matters involving collective bargaining, grievance handling, arbitration hearings, and working within the framework of a union contract. We also assist unionized companies involved in strikes, boycotts, and corporate campaigns. For our non-union clients, the firm has developed successful legal strategies to resist union organizational attempts. These strategies include assisting managers in the development of education programs emphasizing the benefits of remaining non-union and the possible downside to being represented by a labor organization. For both union and non-union clients, we handle matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice proceedings, representation case hearings, and all other administrative procedures.
