Attention Federal Contractors and Subcontractors:
Don’t forget to certify your compliance with Affirmative Action Program (AAP) requirements through the Contractor Portal by July 1, 2024. This reminder comes from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Contractors that meet certain jurisdictional thresholds have an obligation to develop and maintain written AAPs.
Covered federal contractors and subcontractors, are required to annually certify that they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment or functional/business unit. New contractors have specific timelines for AAP development and registration with the Contractor Portal.
Before you begin the certification process, we recommend visiting OFCCP’s Contractor Portal information page. There, you’ll find helpful resources like Frequently Asked Questions, step-by-step videos, user guides, and more.
Please note that failing to certify compliance with AAP requirements by the deadline may increase the likelihood of being selected for further review by OFCCP.
If you have any questions about the Contractor Portal or need assistance in completing the certification process, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
