March 23, 2023 – On March 20, 2023, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (“OFCCP”) released a bulletin announcing the opening date of its “Contractor Portal” for the second year.  The Portal will open on March 31, 2023.  The deadline for certification through the Portal is set for June 29, 2023.  This year contractors will also be asked to provide the start date of their AAP Coverage Period when certifying.

The Portal must be used by federal contractors and subcontractors to certify annually that they have developed and are maintaining affirmative action programs for each establishment and/or functional unit as applicable.
