George Drennan, a New Orleans native, has more than 20 years of experience litigating a wide variety of matters including employment related disputes in state and federal courts. George has provided advice to and litigated on behalf of both large and small businesses in the areas of employment contract and non-competition disputes, disability accommodation, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, and worker’s compensation. He has assisted employers with the formation of employee handbooks and individual policy development. He has also handled OSHA investigations and internal investigations of employee complaints such as sexual harassment.

Mr. Drennan also practices immigration and nationality law, assisting clients with obtaining employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visas and handling concerns with and investigations into I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
