CAREERS

Our firm has had years of experience in the labor and employment legal field and we are committed to passing on this knowledge to new attorneys and our summer associates. We have eleven locations in seven states in which to fill positions. Our associates travel among the offices and work with senior members of the firm in all of the offices.

We recruit from law schools in several states for second year students to participate in our summer program. Attorneys from our recruitment committee meet with students on campus to discuss the firm in general and the specialized nature of our practice. We may then invite selected students to return to our New Orleans office to meet other members and associates of the firm and selected candidates are invited to work the following summer. Throughout the summer, we assess each summer associate’s work with the anticipation that they will join the firm.

Associates are encouraged to develop professional skills while experiencing the many facets of labor and employment law. Another aspect of the firm’s practice is its speaking engagements, and new associates will be asked to help prepare and present speech materials. The firm also publishes client newsletters and special bulletins where associates can contribute articles for publication.

The Kullman Firm supports an equal employment environment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, veteran’s or marital status, or sexual orientation.

Any practicing attorneys or law students with an interest in labor relations and employment law matters are encouraged to contact either MaryJo L. Roberts at 504.596.4195 or the particular office in which they are interested for more information about the firm and any available positions.
