July 23, 2023 – The Kullman Firm is happy to announce the return of Benjamin H. Banta to the New Orleans office as a Shareholder. Ben previously served as an attorney at The Kullman Firm from 1996 to 2012. In 2012, he joined Entergy’s in-house labor and employment group.

Ben attended Northwestern University where he received a B.S. in Journalism, then earned his law degree from Tulane University School of Law in 1996.

Ben returns to The Kullman Firm with a great amount of experience in labor and employment law, as well as insights into in-house operations.  In his national practice, noted labor and employment litigator he advocates for companies in a wide array of matters. Ben handles discrimination, harassment, and wage-hour cases, including class and collective actions, as well as labor arbitrations and union matters.
