Ms. Wells represents and counsels individual and company employers wherever and whenever labor and employment issues arise. Specifically, Ms. Wells represents clients before administrative bodies, including the EEOC, and in state and federal courts. She vigorously defends discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims brought under federal laws, as well as retaliatory discharge claims. Additionally, Ms. Wells provides counsel to employers before the filing of a formal claim to prevent costly litigation. Such counsel includes providing general advice, drafting and revising employment policies and procedures, and training managers and employees.
