Setara C. Ozan-Foster



Ms. Ozan started her practice in insurance litigation before transitioning into labor and employment defense litigation. She focuses on defending employers in a wide range of employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in both state and federal courts. Ms. Ozan’s goal is to support her clients through litigation, as well as counsel clients on preventative policies and procedures that foster healthy employer and employee relationships.
