Samantha L. Shear



Ms. Shear received her undergraduate degree in 2012 and Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2018, where she graduated cum laude. She was an active member of the Judge John R. Brown Moot Court Team, where she served as a coach and led her team to win multiple awards for excellence in oral advocacy.

Prior to joining our Firm, she worked for three years specializing in employment law and defended employers in nationwide class and collective actions, with a special focus on the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Ms. Shear is also well-versed in all other areas of employment and labor law including Title VII and other discrimination, retaliation and harassment laws, the WARN Act, the FCRA, and the NLRA. She is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state courts and the Middle District of Louisiana.
