In her employment litigation practice, Mina Ghantous vigorously defends employers and businesses in lawsuits alleging discrimination and retaliation on the basis of race, sex, age, and disability. She also handles wage-related issues under the Fair Standards Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and represents her clients in claims brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Title VII.
Mina also addresses matters related to non-solicitation clauses and arbitration agreements and consults with clients regarding statutory compliance.
