Practice Overview

In her national labor and employment practice, Rachel Linzy represents management in a range of industries, including health care, manufacturing, finance, and technology. She handles a great deal of retaliation issues, including Title VII-related matters, and also litigates discrimination, harassment, and wage-hour cases, and provides counsel in labor arbitrations. Additionally, Rachel negotiates contracts, investigates employee complaints about working conditions, and advocates for employers in proceedings before governmental agencies, administrative law judges, arbitrators, and state and federal courts. Her quick grasp of the matters at stake and her persuasive story-telling reap positive results.

Rachel’s previous experience in commercial litigation and transactional law enhances her ability to assist and advise businesses with their employee relations.
