Some of her areas of focus include employee status and classification, use of independent contractors, wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment laws, disability accommodations, and other HR matters such as assisting with employment agreements and handbooks, crafting employment policies and best practices, and explaining the different and overlapping employee leave laws and how they interact with each other.
