The Kullman Firm is pleased to announce that shareholders Allison A. Fish and MaryJo L. Roberts have been recognized in New Orleans Magazine’s 2026 Top Women in Law feature, appearing in the April issue. Both are honored in the Labor and Employment Law category.
This peer-nominated feature, produced in collaboration with a third-party research firm, invites all licensed attorneys in the New Orleans area to recommend top colleagues in specific practice areas. Nominees are then vetted based on survey results, active law licenses, and good standing with the Louisiana State Bar Association.
Allison Fish represents employers nationwide in a range of labor and employment law matters. She vigorously defends clients against allegations of workplace sexual harassment and discrimination based on gender, disability, race, age, and other protected characteristics. In addition to litigating in state and federal courts, Allison handles matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and similar governmental agencies across the country.
MaryJo Roberts represents employers nationally in a broad spectrum of workplace disputes, guiding them from inception through resolution via motion practice, mediation, or trial. She handles Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and state law issues involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. MaryJo also provides strategic, practical guidance on wage-and-hour matters and Department of Labor audits and investigations. She has been designated as an Employment Law Specialist, certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
