This session covers recent decisions by the NLRB and their potential impact on employers, along with changes in the NLRB during the Biden administration. As a bonus, Mr. Provosty will share wisdom from his years working as an attorney for the NLRB.

This session covers the state and federal laws implicated by social media usage by employees and discusses best practices in addressing online-based employee misconduct and handling controversial employee posts. This session covers recent legislative, regulatory, and/or caselaw developments under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) and the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”) affecting employee benefit plans such as retirement, health, and welfare plans, and will provide guidance and best practices for employers navigating their fiduciary obligations within this ever-changing landscape.

2024 New Developments in Labor and Employment Law and Advice From Former In-House Counsel
